Under the Patronage of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and University President, Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University is pleased to announce the Annual Congress 2011 held under the main theme, Being at the Leading Edge – How to give Quest for Excellence a New Meaning.

The Annual Congress 2011 will present an international platform for hosting three outstanding conferences on e-Learning Excellence, Health & Environment, and Quality

The University seeks to grow the body of knowledge in the region by bringing likeminded people together and stimulating useful exchanges between them.

 

Main Congress Keynote Speaker - Professor Farouk El Baz, Director of the Center for Remote Sensing at Boston University

Professor Farouk El-Baz is Director of the Center for Remote Sensing at Boston University. He played a key role in NASA’s Apollo lunar missions in selecting landing sites and training of the astronauts in visual observations and photography. He was also a principal investigator on the Apollo-Soyuz joint American-Russian mission of 1975.
